About Heidi
She has spent 20 years inside the work of real relationships. She is just getting started.

The Question That Started It All
Dr. Heidi Morris has built her professional life around one question: What does it actually take to build a relationship that lasts? Not just survives, but truly thrives. Over the past two decades, she has pursued that question as a professor, therapist, speaker, and a wife and mother. And the answer, she will tell you, requires both the willingness to grow and the intentional practice of the skills that help build a relationship strong enough to last. Bring the willingness, and let Heidi help you cultivate the skills.
Carrying a Legacy Forward
The center was built on one of the most remarkable legacies in Christian relationship ministry. Dr. Paul Faulkner and Dr. Carl Brecheen spent decades conducting Marriage Enrichment Seminars that reached more than two million people across 33 states and seven countries. As director of the Faulkner Center, Heidi now connects people at every stage of their relationship journey to resources, speakers, and programming that strengthens the Christian formation and commitment of marriages, families, and healthy relationships.

You Don't Have to Be in Crisis to Ask for Help
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Family Life Educator, she has worked clinically with hundreds of couples, individuals, and families. From people navigating early dating relationships to those decades into marriage, and everyone in between. Her approach is grounded in current research and shaped by genuine care for the person sitting across from her. She believes strongly that you do not have to be in crisis to deserve support, and that the best time to invest in a relationship is before things get hard.
Faith Is the Foundation
Her Christian faith shapes everything she does. It is a living framework for understanding love, commitment, and what it means to choose another person well. She believes relationships are one of the clearest places we experience who God is, and that a faith-centered approach to relationships is not a limitation but a foundation to building something better.
